The amazing ocean views from our Junior Suite made mornings feel magical, perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the beauty of Haeundae Beach.

The confusing check-in process through the basement with poor signage left us feeling frustrated upon arrival.

My room was reasonably spacious thanks to the helpful staff. The beds were best, I slept well. The view at the sea it had was stunningly beautiful. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent for me as it was just next door to wolji bridge / river, Bluesky park and the train station. Haeundae district was worth exploring...

The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from an idiosyncratic folk museum. I stayed in comfortable room with a really great view and dryer as expected.

Staying in the Premier Suite with Ocean View offered fine beach vistas. Check-in was cumbersome and lacked a front desk.

Everything was amazing with spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a seating area in the room. City view and outstanding service. Had free Wi-Fi in public areas...

Its location in the middle of the city was prime.

Check-in process seemed like an invasion!!! No proper front desk or concierge service provided. Housekeeping only comes every four days, and the unit lacks basic supplies like paper towels!!! Communication was frustrating !!!

The place had a QUIET atmosphere. Favourable location and overall the staff was helpful and very gracious.

Spacious, clean, and filled with modern features, the room seemed like a luxurious apartment. With fine views of Haeundae Beach and free parking, this location is ideal for families. It offered great value for money!

The ocean views from the 19th floor were amazing, and the kitchen was perfect for family meals. Navigating the confusing check-in process in the basement was frustrating.

We stayed in a Junior Suite with Ocean View, and it was like having our own spacious apartment! Super clean, modern features, and the view of Haeundae beach was amazing. With free parking and just a short walk to the beach, this place is great value for money.

The two-bedroom suite offered lovely ocean views and high-end amenities. Free parking in a convenient garage added to the overall comfort, and the suite was super clean. The complicated check-in process through the basement and maze of glass doors was frustrating. The lack of a dedicated concierge service was a downside.

I loved the stunning ocean views and spacious, modern rooms! The beach was just a minute away, which made it super convenient for us, especially with the kids. Plus, there are loads of great restaurants nearby, so we always had options for meals. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a real lifesaver for a family trip, too!

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle—definitely not the smoothest experience. It felt like we were inconveniencing them rather than being welcomed. Also, there were limitations on amenities that felt a bit restricting, and the signage around the lobby could use a major upgrade to help confused guests find their way. Overall, it had its ups and downs!

It was a great match for a brief visit in Busan with great value for the money. The kitchen was handy for making quick meals. Check-in can be difficult. Be prepared for that.
